I haven’t been at Tops 2 weeks even and they are already wanting to cross train me for 2 other departments which will guarantee me 12 more hours on top of what I’m already scheduled. Because of my experience, willingness to take on more work, and because i have held a lot of responsibility. If i stick around for 2nd inventory, i can make what a salaried manager makes. The other two kids that I work with haven’t been offered anything like this. Balllllllllllinnnnnnnnnn!
Two more days of Kmart. And then done forever. I did both 13 hour days so now I wot have to ever worry about that again!
